We’re licensed real estate brokers in the state of Colorado, which means we can legally help you sell or buy any residential property in the state. For practical purposes, we cover the Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Ft Collins. Our sweet spot is metro Denver.

Homes in superb condition and located in a great neighborhood are still commanding prices over the asking price, which leaves the buyer to contend with the gap. Be prepared with your bid; you’ll likely need to make up the difference between the final price and the appraised value.

What about selling now?

Homes in great condition in a stellar location continue to command top dollar. Pricing strategy depends on keen market analysis. Slapping a high price tag on a home without doing the homework isn’t a tactic we recommend.
